MINING
The Department caters for mining value chain of renewable energy minerals and commodities across SubSaharan Africa.
ENERGY
The Department focusses on renewable energy sources, generation and production that relates to refined petroleum products, crude oil, renewable energy such as biomass, solar power, hydro-power and wind power including green hydrogen.
FINANCE AND INVESTMENT
The Department deals with project finance and investment services including investor relations. It provides financial management and corporate finance services
REAL ESTATE AND INFRASTRUCTURE
This Department is mandated with the responsibility of delivering serviced land and real estate developments in all land use categories. In line with the mandate, delivery of serviced land in all land use categories remains critical. In pursuance of its mandate it is tasked with establishment and implementation of sustainable, infrastructure funding models complimented by efficient and effective cost recovery and revenue protection mechanisms.
MEDIA AND MARKETING
The Department is entrusted with Corporate Communications, Digital Media including Marketing and Customer Relations/Care.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING SERVICES
The Department is mandated to deal with end to end project and portfolio management including business and engineering consulting services. The provision of transaction advisory services both technical and financial as well as legal and audit advisory services are the core business of this Department
ENGINEERING SERVICES
This Department comprises of multi-disciplinary engineering services provision including turn-key development of projects for both public and private sectors.
